This car is one of just two special-ordered XY panel vans for Canberra T.V. Originally a 250ci  6-cylinder with a 3-speed column shift manual, the XY has been upgraded to a 302 Windsor V8 and a 3-speed floor-shift automatic. It has been under long-term ownership for the last 28 years and received a restoration in approximately 2015. This saw the car repainted in its original 'EY357' special order Canberra T.V. Orange, with the addition of GS stripes to break up the colouring. The interior was also reupholstered in a matching orange and black combination, and the entire car was rewired. It presents well as an older restoration, both inside and out and would make a wonderful weekend cruiser. This panel van has also been a star in the music video for Destiny Band Oz's 'This is our land', which shows the car in action.
