Purchased by the current owner in 1986, the MGTC is driven by the standard combination of a 1250cc 4-cylinder engine with a 4-speed manual transmission. After the initial purchase, the owner began the process of an extensive restoration. The entire car was stripped down to its chassis and then completely rebuilt. Every part of this car has been refreshed or replaced. All of the bodywork was taken back to bare metal and resprayed in the iconic British Racing Green. It received a fresh cream roof too, which is still in fantastic condition today. Paired with a lovely green interior, this MGTC is one of the best-presented examples we have ever seen. It comes with a large file of receipts from the restoration, as well as photos documenting the process, an instruction manual and some spare parts catalogues.
