Produced between 1966 and 1968, The HR experienced some remodelling when updating from the HD which still looks beautiful today. It runs a 161 inline 6, often known as the Holden Red motor, and a 3 speed manual transmission. The Special model also saw NASCO power brakes, Air Chief Radio, Warmaride heater, reverse lights and seatbelts.This is a two owner Adelaide built car, originally bought from United Motors Limited and has remained a local car. Since its second owner, the HR has been given a minor facelift. It has been repainted in its original Jervois Cream body with a Grecian White roof, the interior reupholstered, mechanical maintenance carried out, and most recently the standard exhaust has been refabricated (reciepts available for all).
