Just arrived - This 1953 Holden FX Utility is a beautiful example of an early Holden Ute. The 48-215, colloquially known as the FX, was the first Holden-branded car produced in Australia by GMH. Since then, these early Holdens have only become rarer and more desirable, and this FX ute is no exception. Originally Shell Grey with a grey interior, the FX is an older restoration and still presents wonderfully in an eye-catching metallic blue. The interior has undoubtedly been restored and is in equally good condition. Under long-term ownership, the FX has been loved and well-maintained over many years. It still runs a 132cu (2.2L) Grey inline 6-cylinder and 3-speed column shift manual, and even comes with an original book. Join one of the many early Holden car clubs and register the car under historic registration for minimal on-road costs. This car is wonderful value for money, you surely could not restore one for this price. Contact Ben Finnis - 0411 744 190. Interstate transport can be arranged. Finance available.
