With a total of 10,509 Chargers built in the VJ model, the R/T finally saw its demise with just a handful produced. This 770 has evolved into a tribute car to commemorate the end of the R/T line. Powered by the 'E44' 318ci (5.7L) 'Fireball' V8, the VJ is equipped with a 3-speed automatic transmission. The current owner performed a minor restoration on the vehicle in 2022. This saw the VJ fitted with new front brake rotors, a fresh Derale Dyno-cool electric fan, a torque converter rebuild, and the interior reupholstered. Originally finished in Star Bronze, the VJ also received a respray and is now presented in Blonde Olive with the iconic R/T decals. The VJ presents tidy but certainly not new, while the interior is very neat, with a fishscale dash and upgraded Pioneer radio.
