The Displacement on Demand (DOD) has also been deleted, which now allows the car to run with all cylinders engaged and increases performance and reliability. This is all paired with a 6-speed manual transmission with an upgraded clutch and short-throw shifter. The exhaust system has been improved too, with HSV headers flowing to an X-Force catback exhaust. Underneath the car, you'll find XYZ coilovers on the front and rear, an overhauled differential with fresh clutch packs and bearings, and E3 Maloo AP Racing brakes with braided brake lines. The interior has seen some attention as well, with a brand new steering wheel, fresh centre console lid, new headlining, new shift knob and boot, sports pedals, genuine SS floor mats, a JHP dash pod and custom lower pod, and aftermarket speakers and tweeters. The car is finished in Phantom Black, which is beautifully presented on a set of black 19" VF SS Redline wheels. The VE looks even better with the added blacked-out badges, a Holden sports armour front lip, aftermarket taillights and headlight gloves, weather shields and tinted windows.
