Flywheel and clutch backing plate lightened. 10.5:1 Hepolite pistons. 12G940 head extensivlely ported and polished. Reconditioned by Chris Milton Engine Developments. Speco 4LA468 cam grind. 35-75 75-35, 290 degrees duration, 0.332 lift at cam. High lift 1.5:1 steel rockers and thick walled rocker shaft. 1 1/2" SU carbies with HP paper element air filters. Janspeed Long Centre Branch exhaust manifold and 2" exhaust system. Close ratio gear set. Triger toothed belt camshaft drive. Electronic ignition. Electronic fuel pump. "Spin on" oil filter conversion. Quick release bonnet hinges. Bonnet locks. Converted to fully adjustable "dry" suspension. Spax adjustable gas shock absorbers. Minifin alloy rear brake drums. Minilite 10x5 rims. Fitted with CAMS registered half cage rollover protection (bolted in). Total "ground up, every nut and bolt" restoration completed in 1998 at which time the odometer was reset to zero. Vehicle has since travelled less than 8,000 miles. Photos of restoration available.
