Mileage 87751 Engine 6 cyliners 4.2 L Rego SO64ABD Up for sale is my Jaguar - Sovereign XJ6 Series 3 ... 1984 build, first registered 22/1/85 , Genuine 87751 Kms, with books. This Jaguar is in excellent original condition complete with history . I am the second owner. I bought the car approximately 4 years ago as a deceased estate but sadly don't have the time to enjoy it , therefore it has been in storage for most of that time . It has the original ' Cranberry' paint work which for 28 years is in good condition with some crows feet around the right hand rear quarter and some very small rust spot under the front and rear window ..but very minimal . The Cream Doe Leather is in excellent condition as are all the door trims , dash and coach work . The roof lining has sagged which is typical of Series 3 Jaguars but would be quite easy and inexpensive to fix . The motor , transmission , drive train and power steering work faultlessly and are very smooth . The car has electric power windows , mirrors and sunroof and all work faultlessly also . Air- Conditioning has been factory fitted but needs a re-gas . ' Pepper Pot' alloy wheels are factory fitted and have 4 near new 'Toyo' tyres . The car has just been fitted with a brand new battery. This Jaguar Sovereign is a dream to drive and constantly amazes me just how smoothly and quietly it rides.. and after 28 years not a squeak or rattle , unlike some of the newer cars i have owned.
